7 Minutes as my Reps as Possible of BURPEES

MY SCORE: 92 Burpees

Strength Work:

Spit Jerk: 1 (95lb.)-1 (115lb.)- 1 (135lb.)- 1 (165lb.)- 1 (185lb.)

Back Squat: 5 (135lb.)- 5 (185lb.)- 5 (205lb.)- 5 (225lb.)- 5 (245lb.)

WOD:

DEATH BY CLEAN AND JERK W/135lbs.

Every minute do that amount of reps.  1st minute 1 rep 2nd minute 2 reps and so on until failure to complete amount of reps in the minute.

My Reps: 7+ Minutes 33 Reps
